To Breathe is Divine

I have not posted in a year and 8 months. I have heard that people have been practicing the exercises that I have provided. I also know and have heard that with the business we deal with on a daily basis within the reality that was and is created for us in Western society, people are still just learning to practice these exercises. If you are new to this blog, please start at the very beginning and practice all of the exercises. Breathing exercises are most important for you spiritually, mentally and physically. When you get to the bottom of the page, please clicking on see older posts until the end which will be the start of the exercises beginning in January of 2015. If you do not practice breathing effectively and focusing, and you do not remove your fears, you will manifest only that which your frequency and current beliefs are. Like attracts like so you want to raise your frequency in order to manifest. If you have fears, you will continue to manifest them. I live in western society but do not believe that western teachings serve us effectively. Why? We do not focus on ourselves. We focus on everything accept for ourselves. We are taught that working a 40 hour plus work week is normal. Then add your travel time. Where in a day is there time for you? Other cultures focus on themselves, as should be. Are you here for you or to struggle for life and then die and not know who YOU are? What will you tell yourselves on your death beds? How will you justify that you have gone through life being a slave and robot in a matrix of madness that someone else created. We are creators; therefore, it is our responsibility to create our own realities. Please tell yourself for up to 30 days that you are worth your time. I deserve my attention. I deserve to know who I am and what I am capable of. I am worthy of love and abundance. See, if you do not first believe this you will never have it. So breathe, focus and believe you are worthy.
